Safety Policy

  1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Safety Policy is to establish a framework that ensures the health, safety, and welfare of Everyonic Technology (Pvt.) Ltd. employees, clients, contractors, and all stakeholders involved in or affected by our operations. Safety is an integral part of our commitment to operational excellence, quality service, and corporate responsibility.

  1. SCOPE

This policy applies to all employees, engineers, technicians, contractors, and visitors at all locations where Everyonic Technology operates, including project sites, customer facilities, and offices.

  1. SAFETY COMMITMENT

We are committed to:

  • Maintaining a zero-harm work environment.
  • Complying with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
  • Promoting a safety-first culture through training, awareness, and leadership.
  • Ensuring safe handling, installation, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and power systems.
  • Continuously improving our health and safety performance through risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
  1. RESPONSIBILITIES

Management:

  • Implement and enforce this safety policy.
  • Provide resources, tools, and training required for a safe working environment.
  • Lead by example in fostering a culture of safety.

Employees:

  • Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
  • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
  • Participate actively in safety meetings, drills, and trainings.

HSE Officers (where applicable):

  • Monitor and evaluate safety practices at work sites.
  • Conduct hazard assessments and enforce corrective actions.
  • Maintain records of safety incidents and training compliance.
  1. SAFETY MEASURES
  • Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) before beginning tasks.
  • Ensure all equipment including generators, switchgears, HVAC systems, and MEP installations meet safety standards.
  • Provide fire safety and first aid equipment at all project locations.
  • Conduct regular fire drills, electrical safety training, and toolbox talks.
  • Implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during equipment maintenance.
  1. REPORTING AND INVESTIGATION
  • All injuries, near-misses, and unsafe conditions must be reported immediately to supervisors.
  • An investigation will be conducted to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Reporting is encouraged and employees are protected from retaliation.
  1. POLICY REVIEW

This policy shall be reviewed annually or after a significant incident, change in regulations, or operational expansion to ensure continued effectiveness and relevance.
