Child Labour Policy

At Everyonic Technology Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to ensuring a safe, lawful, and ethical working environment. In compliance with the Employment of Children Act, 1991 (as applicable in Pakistan) and provincial laws such as the Punjab Restriction on Employment of Children Act, 2016, we strictly prohibit child labour in all our operations and supply chains.

- Definitions
According to Pakistani law:
- Child: A person under the age of 14 years.
- Adolescent: A person between the ages of 14 and 18 years.
- Hazardous Work: Any occupation or process deemed dangerous to health, safety, or morals of children, as listed in the official schedule by the Government of Pakistan.
- Company Policy
Everyonic Technology Pvt. Ltd. strictly observes the following:
- No child under 14 years shall be employed in any capacity.
- No adolescent (14–18 years) shall be employed in any hazardous work as defined under Pakistani law.
- All employees’ ages will be verified through official documents (e.g., CNIC, B-Form, or school certificates).
- We shall not engage with any vendor, subcontractor, or supplier who is found violating child labour laws.
4. Compliance & Enforcement
- Recruitment policies include strict age verification procedures.
- Regular audits and inspections are conducted to ensure compliance across departments and sites.
- Vendors and partners are required to sign a compliance statement aligning with our child labour policy.
- Any breach of this policy will result in disciplinary action, contract termination, and possible legal reporting.
